It helps to the making of the decision in business and develops the competitive advantage. Technology provides a constant state of flux, change and adapt based on the business demand and advancements in the company. The main aim of this report is to compare and contrast on the chosen website in the e-commerce business model. In this case, the B2C business model has been selected for the organizations of Coles and Woolworths as the retail supply of food to customers.
