In addition to that, an organization needs to done their planning of strategy based on the market and customer orientation. Proper market orientation can help the organization to identify the strategies of their rivals in the marketplace; however, on the other hand, proper customer analysis and orientation can help the organization to identify the needs, demands and wants of their customers. Packaging, branding, and labeling are the important factors, which needs to be mentioned during the manufacturization of product. The marketing analysis can help the organization to identify the potential barriers in the marketplace and thus to access information of the existing rivals in the market. On the other hand, organization approaches the target market, which can help them to gain customer retention, through implementing the product and service according to the customer’s need. Along with this, strong brand image can enhance organizational performance and productivity through attracting new customers towards increasing sale of product and services (Mohammadian, and Habibi, 2012). The market is being divided into various small segments and achieving goals and making product accordingly. Proper functioning of marketing helps to enhance growth of organization with reference to expansion of business.
