However, the lack of credibility mainly comes from poor communication skills and the inexperienced management of the organisation. The poor communication also as a negative impact of the organisational culture which is responsible for de-motivate the organisation as well. At the same time, it can also be seen that the lack of credibility also includes the in discipline nature which affects the poor performance management of the organisation.

    In that present case, it can also be seen that the lack of proper goal is one of the main issues of the organisation that can affect the entire business. As stated by Nguyen et al., (2017) the lack of goal can affect the business performances and decreases the profit margin of the organisation as well. In this present situation, the lack of goal is mainly responsible for decreasing the profit margin and affect the two provides the proper management skill. However, the short-term goal is only beneficial for the present condition while the long-term orientation is beneficial for the future perspective. Accordingly, the long-term orientation is beneficial; top solves the problem and aided to enhance the business performances in a proper way. However, the long-term orientation is also beneficial to enhance the organisational business operation so that it mainly provides effective strategies which can enhance the decision-making process of the organisation. As per the present situation, it also shows that the bridge strategic management is mainly aided to enhance the business growth in a proper way and aided to increases the market value.

    As per the present study, it also discussed the importance of the stakeholders' management that can increase productivity and enhance the performances of the organization as well. The stakeholder management is also beneficial to maintain a positive relationship with each other that can help to enhance the organisational culture and enhance the performances.

However, this study is also stated about the different issues in the organisation, which can affect managerial performances. However, it also shows that the importance of the stakeholder's management that can enhance the decision-making process of the organisation increases productivity, and aided to avoid the legal issues as well.
