Motivation of the employees in terms with non monitory rewards 

The status of an employees working in ANZ Bank may be big or it can also be small. The position an employee in an organization is directly connected with the power, duty and other form of amenities provided to those employees. High class of employees may be provided with a separate room, expensive furniture, car, personal assistant and peon for their work purpose. An employee can be motivated by promoting them to a higher position in the organization as this will complete all their emotional, social as well the needs for self respect of the employees working in the organization.  ANZ bank should take measures to given their employees an adequate level of freedom, the employees should be rewarded for their performance and they should also be given an appropriate level of importance. In other words the employees should be made proud for the work they are doing. The employees should be provided with an individual identity for themselves so that they feel involved in the organization and they contribute towards the attainment of the objectives of the organization. The work of an employee should be appreciated and should bring forward in the information board of the company. ANZ bank should ensure that their employees are honored in the annual ceremony of the organization for being an important part of the organization. ANZ bank should make sure that they give an appropriate form of job security to their employees so that they can contribute with full heart to the objective of the organization.
