The organization has faced the complaints like workplace harassment regarding the age gaps or age related issues among the workers. The organization later issues a series of media in order to demonstrate the complaints and to present the fair factor of the organization and their initiatives (Mar Alonso-Almeida et al. 2015). The organization has hiked the pay rates of the worker including the numbers of day off per months in order to show their sincere attention towards the employee. Now, the organization or the management team of Timberwell Constructions is going to engage the local communities of the district in order to perform the formulated social developmental program and impactful assessment for the residential development providing the affordable social housing.
