The importance of the issue lies in the fact that as a representative country of South Asia it has to have social implications which it is getting barred away from. The people who are residing in the rural areas are not really familiar with the business mind set of any citizen who are stepping into the country where they cannot keep with the pace that is required from a business inflicted person. The corporate whereabouts of a business atmosphere constantly extracts out of the country the flavour of their cultural diversities, the wide range and reach of various traditions and their minds start functioning in a quite robotic order. For that cognition of people gained by personal experiences over the years are not really applicable in practical fields but has been moulded into a job girdled environment (Houston et al. 2016). The amount of education that has been the crux of Nepalis is being taken away from them due to the satisfaction of the customers which is to function in any which way, with or without having proper training and knowledge about the job they are included in. The traditional convention is slowly and gradually depleting from the face of the country just to meet the set benchmarks of other adjacent countries like India, China and Tibet. This phenomenon if not addressed properly then it will take a toll on not only the work atmosphere of the country but also on the citizens who are residing inside the country. With the advent of these professional firms which want to induce in the country the tinge of capitalism is adversely affecting the country because Nepal was never a country which would include itself for the financial stability that every contemporary country or any part of the world is in to achieve more and fluctuate their environment accordingly (Haroz et al. 2017). There are several factors for these.
There seems to have been a great difference in how the Nepalese communicate and connect with their fellow citizens and how the rest of the countries of the South Asia communicate. There is a basic sense of warmth between the people who are joined to any form of organisation in Nepal that deals with subjects such as agricultural organisation, economical organisation, communication centers, old age homes which also is a part of the culture in the organisational field in Nepal (Carey, Molden, Rasmussen, Jackson,Nolin & Mark, 2017).In terms of the relation that Nepal have with other countries and their organisation is also on the verge of getting hampered due to the fact that the organisations in Nepal are still on the process of achieving growth and the relevant firms of other nations have somehow reached the pinnacle of development which makes it a tad more difficult to have proper relation as their arises a sense of superiority among these nations which is a difficult thing to overcome right at the present situation. Whereas the work culture in Nepal over so many things is that they are quite dedicated towards their work but due to the lack of exposure to the outer world and the empty areas of development Nepal is not able to achieve the ultimate growth which it shows a lot of potential among the citizens who tries to work as hard as other members of any city, state or country. Nepal is a religious country with considerable religious factors guiding its people. Hinduism is the predominant religion of the region. While other religions like Islam, Buddhism and Christianity are also present the main focus is Hinduism. The nation values loyalty and it is a predominant factor all the relationships that the country forges. While the native Nepalese language is spoken throughout the country, the country is also fluent in Hindi and a considerable amount of the people can speak English.
The fact that Nepal being one of the most beautiful countries of South Asia it has been subjected to a lot of tourism all over the year. The tourist organisations have also been facing a lot of hardships in order to sustain their livelihood and to uplift the economical situation of Nepal. But at certain moments the financel, ecosystem and the culture of the area have a massive impact on the tourism industries that reside inside the vast stretch of Nepal. In terms of the relation that Nepal have with other countries and their organisation is also on the verge of getting hampered due to the fact that the organisations in Nepal are still on the process of achieving growth and the relevant firms of other nations have somehow reached the pinnacle of development which makes it a tad more difficult to have proper relation as their arises a sense of superiority among these nations which is a difficult thing to overcome right at the present situation. In terms of these factors which comprises less financial support from the industries of other countries who have tie ups with them tourism is somehow getting demolished which can be a serious threat to them as an entire country. The season which reaches the height of visitors amounts to a lot of wealth profits for the citizens and also for the non - governmental industries but the time period which is not suitable for the visitors to step into the country it becomes very difficult for a country to sustain on what has been stocked over the productive months. There is a basic sense of warmth between the people who are joined to any form of organisation in Nepal that deals with subjects such as agricultural organisation, economical organisation, communication centres, old age homes. But this tourist organisations should not experience such diversities and the people of these organisations should have an alternative job in their hands (Clare, Graber., Jones, & Conway, 2017).
