Here, at Oz Paper Help, we strive to excel in every respect of our services. Sometimes the error is possible by the company for several reasons and fails to meet your expectations. For this reason, if you are completely dissatisfied with our work, then we are ready to compensate our customers by providing a refund. 


Prior to filing a refund appeal, we request our customers to read the following matters carefully: 

·         If a customer is not satisfied with the work even after the seven amendments proposed by us, then the customer is contacted by contacting our customer support officers and filing a complaint. After that it is our responsibility to: 

a)       To successfully execute your order, submit your project to a different experienced writer.
b)       Or provide you a full refund

·         If you are charged twice by credit card, then Oz Paper Help will be liable to refund the charged amount immediately.

·         The quality of paper is bad

·         When we fail to meet your deadline

·         If customer service personnel do not reply to you

·         If there is an infection of plagiarism in a distributed work

·         If you fail to inform us before communicating with a third party, then it will be considered a breach of contract. 


Important Note:

If you want to get a full refund, the refund request can only be done within three days of receiving your work. The Department of Quality Assurance has all the powers to make a final decision regarding refund by considering all the evidence.
