Your assessor will do the following:-
• Observe you in an operational tourism, travel, hospitality or events environment using a range of skills/tasks.
• Use the checklist to observe you using a range of conflict resolution techniques.
• Use the checklist in conjunction with Assessment C Part A.
• Observe you over a period of time while you learn and use various skills/tasks.
• Ensure that you can consistently perform all tasks multiple times satisfactorily.
• Decide when you are competent at all tasks.
• Regularly enter the log’s details into the LMS to enable you to track your progress.
You are required to do the following:-
• You must resolve at least three types of the listed complaints or disputes with customers.
• You must resolve at least two types of the listed team member disputes.
• You must take appropriate action in response to at least two of the listed threat or conflict situations.
• You must use a range of conflict-resolution techniques and communication skills.
• Consistently perform all tasks multiple times satisfactorily.
• Your assessor will submit results of your practical demonstration tasks via the LMS.
Your assessor will provide and maintain the skills demonstration log.
