The change implementation began with fact-finding as we discovered that our file drawers contained both valuable records needed to operate the business along with infrequently used records. We also learned that information was out of date and/or difficult to determine the latest versions. We also looked at other paper-based records at our remote offices and off-site storage facilities.
During first phase of the change, all paper record was automated into computer-based record. This change was successfully implemented. The detailed report of this change implementation is provided to you as a guideline.
Driven by market competition and broader global information accessibility program, the chief information officer, Mr Smith plans to migrate important operational data into the Amazon Cloud to take advantage of cost savings over maintain its own data centre.
