Islamic months obey the lunar calendar, where every new moon starts seeing the Moon. Lunar months are less than solar months, therefore Ramadan occurs every year approximately 10 days ago.
It seems difficult, but in reality we will be prepared because the festivals have been going on in the last few years. We are also very hard! I once asked the family and friends whether they had ever performed the exams during Ramadan and how they managed it. My cousin Hamza, a 24-year medical student, responded: "You just get along with it, friend!”
This Ramadan brings new challenges to students when this exam coincides with sessions. If you are not a Muslim, then you may be wondering why we do not fast during the examinations. The thing is that Ramzan is an important part of being a Muslim, but we still have to study, work and do everything we usually do., With just a few exceptions (like you are sick).
The key to pass the exam during Ramadan is to be prepared. Keeping this in mind, here are some of my top tips to help you get organized:
YOnce the Ramadan starts, our modification will change regularly because you will have between alternate between 2 and 9 am between comfort and amendment. When my cousin Hamza did that, he would sleep after 2 pm to noon after suhoor, and then be revised upto 9 p.m. It will be iftar, relax to starwind (those who pray for extra night in Ramzan) and then revise again till Suhoor. And then the whole routine will start again!
Here's his timetable:-
1:30 pm to 2:00 pm - Suhur (pre-fast food)
Noon from 2:00 pm - Sleep
9:00 pm - Modification (with brakes!)
9:00 pm to 9:30 pm - Iftar (evening meal)
From 9:30 pm to 10:30 pm - relax
10:30 pm to 11:30 pm - Taraweeh (extra night prayers in Ramzan)
11:30 pm to 1:30 pm - Amendment
This is one of the ways to do this - you can choose a different framework on your day. For example, you can work in the morning and sleep in the afternoon. The important thing is that there are factors in regular amendment and comfort..
When you are making your timetable, other things can be kept in mind. Do you have lesson during the examination period? If so, then you can take a nap after your classes and then start your own revision. Do you have other responsibilities to consider? Work around them.
Mandali Tarawih prayer in the mosque can be a drain on time and energy. One option is to pray Isha in prayer, compulsory night-time prayer in the congregation in the mosque, then pray with starlight at home. Another option is to organize a small church of your own so that you can read the short routes of the Quran.

Making an amendment on an empty stomach can be difficult to focus, so trying and memorizing textbooks can not be the best idea, or can be read through dense notes. Condens essential information is such that it becomes easy to absorb using modification card or brain-maps. If possible, try to start fasting and do it.
If you think your brain is moving or you are feeling sleepy, you can try to get some fresh air. Another way is to plan your break around prayer time. There are five daily prayers in the Muslims and we always wash before the prayers, and you find that by spraying your face with water you will wake up if you are sleeping!

It goes without saying that when you are hungry all day, then you want something delicious for dinner. In my community (I am an Indian), it is quite common to eat a lot of fried food to break fast and we sweet sweets later on. These fatty and sugary foods will make you feel dull and lazy.
I'm not lecturing you on healthy eating (there is much more!) But I recommend trying to choose foods that will fill you and gradually leave the energy, like banana, brown rice And the oatmeal is at the top with raspberry. You will also have to fill the water, but if you are not a fan then you can try to make some juice instead. One of my favorite things after the hot day of fasting is ice-cold watermelon juice!
I know that when you are living in student housing, especially during the exam, cook a decent meal. If you feel that you have trouble, try to cook a lot of healthy food in advance and store them in your freezer - in this way, all you have to do is defrost it and put it in the microwave. Some exam boards have taken some exams in front of Ramadan or have been reset for the first time in the day, when we are less hungry and able to concentrate. Because of this, you should definitely check again whether your exams have been reset or not!
Once you confirm them, set some alarms to ensure that you can wake up and still reach there on time. With synchronization with your routine, you do not want to sleep through your examinations - I find it very difficult to get up during Ramadan!
You can feel that you are deprived of the spiritual benefits of Ramadan because you do not have time for extra prayers, Quran lessons or charity work. Do not forget that the amendment is also spiritual! Educate yourself is also an important part of religion.
