In order to conduct development, it is necessary to develop engagement with the shareholders so that stakeholder engagement can be conducted (Välikangas, 2018). In order to generate shareholder's attention, it is necessary to conduct development in product and stakeholders margin. Engaging stakeholders also help in integrating better and effective strategies so that opportunities can be identified in an effective manner. Tesla needs to understand stakeholder’s base and on that basis, it is necessary to outline effective strategy so that better communication can be conducted.

According to the Tesla organisation, ths stakeholders mainly follow four different strategies which are beneficial for improving the growth and the performances as well. The four different strategies are offensive, defensive, hold and swing.

 Offensive

The offensive strategies play a significant part that can pursue the continuous improvement of the automotive industry. Moreover, it can also be seen that the offensive strategy is also beneficial as it can pursue the continuous changes in the organisation. In addition, it can be seen that the offensive strategies also maintain the research and development of the automotive industry that can improve the growth of the market and also increase the growth of the market as well(Stoycheva et al. 2018). However, it can also be seen that the offensive strategies are also beneficial for increasing the growth of the market and the margin of profit as well.

 Defensive

Defensive strategies play as a marketing tool that can be beneficial to take care of the Tesla organisation by competitors. Moreover, it can also be seen that defensive strategies are also beneficial for increasing the growth of the market and also maintain productivity as well (Jones et al. 2018). Besides that, the defensive strategy is also necessary to promote the products and the services of the Tesla organisation. At the same time, the defensive strategies are also developing the communication process with the customer that can also increase the productivity of the Tesla organisation.
